Disciplines
The engineering disciplines we recruit
Each role profile covers what the discipline actually owns on a project, the credentials we verify, why the role is hard to fill and how The Grid Method™ screens for it. These pages are expertise references, not order forms - when you are ready to hire, every profile links through to the matching hiring guide and to /request-talent.
How this library is organized
A discipline taxonomy, not a flat job list
Gridline groups roles into discipline families - electrical, mechanical, controls & automation, civil/structural/process, project delivery, and commissioning, quality & safety. Each family has a hub page covering the discipline as a whole, with narrower specialization pages nested beneath it. Use the hub page to scope a search across a family; use the narrower pages when you already know the specific sub-specialty you need.
