Cookie Policy
This policy explains what cookies and similar technologies we use, why we use them, and how you can control your preferences.
Overview
What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored on your device that help a website work securely and efficiently.
We also use related technologies such as local storage, session storage and similar browser-based storage mechanisms. These technologies may store identifiers, preferences and other information that improves your experience.
Some cookies are set by us (first-party cookies) and some are set by trusted partners whose services we use (third-party cookies).
Categories
How we classify cookies
We group cookies into four categories so you can understand what each one does.
| Category | Purpose | Can you disable? |
|---|---|---|
| Necessary | Required for the site to function, for security, and to remember your cookie preference. | No |
| Preferences | Remember choices you make, such as language or region, to personalise your experience. | Yes |
| Analytics | Help us understand how visitors interact with the site so we can improve content and navigation. | Yes |
| Marketing | Used to deliver relevant messages if we add advertising or personalisation in the future. | Yes |
Necessary cookies
Cookies required for operation
These cookies are essential and cannot be turned off without breaking site functionality.
- Session and security cookies. Support secure browsing and protect against spam and abuse.
- Cookie preference storage. Remembers the choice you make in the cookie banner so you are not asked again on every visit.
Optional cookies
Analytics and marketing cookies
We only enable these when you give us permission.
At launch, Gridline does not run advertising or third-party analytics cookies. If we add analytics or marketing services in the future, we will update this policy and ask for your consent before enabling those cookies.
The cookie banner lets you accept all categories or choose only necessary cookies. You can change your mind at any time by clearing the gridline_cookie_consent item from your browser's local storage.
Third parties
Services that may set cookies
Trusted providers used on the site may set cookies or process browser signals for security and performance.
- Cloudflare Turnstile. Used on forms to verify that submissions come from real users rather than bots.
- Supabase. Provides authentication and database services; may set session-related cookies if you sign in to a client or candidate portal.
Manage
How to manage or delete cookies
You are in control of cookies stored on your device.
Most browsers allow you to view, manage, delete or block cookies through their settings. You can also use the cookie banner on this site to choose which optional categories you accept.
Keep in mind that disabling necessary cookies may prevent parts of the site from working correctly, including form submissions and security checks.
